I am writing to complement you on the quick response of your staff to an extremely strange request I made a few days ago.
Five years ago, we remodeled our kitchen and our Corian countertop was constructed by Marvic. A complimentary matching cutting board was provided along with the countertop, which we have used several times a day ever since. About a month ago, one of the little buttons beneath the cutting board disappeared – the resulting three buttons caused the board to spin every time it was used.
I placed a call to your main number on Monday, and by Wednesday, a strip of new replacement buttons was in my mailbox.
I appreciate your quick response and your ability to solve and annoying (and potentially dangerous) problem for my
family.
